Lowongan Kerja PT Farpoint DKI Jakarta
Responsibilities:

Assist in updating the project schedule.
Assist in maintaining web-based Project Management Control System (PMCS) and project procedures.
Assist in preparing reports suitable for the needs of the Owner and the Project team.
Assist to update the project budget, cost and cash flows.
Review design documents.
Attend and participate in design meetings / workshops.
Coordinate design documents between both International consultants and Indonesian consultants.
Review and process submittals and Requests for Information.
Prepare daily construction reports and assist in preparation of Monthly Reports.
Assist in field inspections.
Review variation orders for both consultants and contractors.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architecture.  
Min. 4 years of experiences in design or construction industry.
Knowledge of various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation, and procedures.
Good computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Project, web based PMCS and office suite programs.
Has experience in handling construction and development of high-rise buildings.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
